Every services company knows this month.

Your designers have a quiet two weeks — and the same month, you're paying an agency for the marketing push your own calendar can't cover. Slack in one skill, a gap in another. The capacity exists. It's just in the wrong companies.

01
Idle time costs you twice.
You carry the payroll for hours nobody books — and pay cash for skills you don't have in-house.
02
Barter never lines up.
The company that needs your developers doesn't happen to have the accountant you need. Direct swaps almost never match.
03
Hiring is the wrong tool.
You don't need another employee or a freelancer contract. You need twenty good hours of one specific skill.

One hour in. One hour out.

01
Offer Hours.
Publish your team's available capacity. No names, no rates — just the skill and the terms.

02
A company books them.
They see the competence, not a CV. You accept the scope, they accept the specialist — with a short intro call whenever either side wants one — then a clear exchange order: scope, hour cap, dates.
03
The work gets done. Hours get approved.
The specialist logs time against the order. The receiving company approves it. Only approved hours count.
04
You earn Hours. Spend them anywhere.
40 hours given can become 20 hours of Google Ads, 10 of design, and 10 of sales consulting — from three different companies, whenever you need them.

No closed loop required. Give to one company, take from another, months apart. The network keeps your balance.

THE RULE
1 hour = 1 Hour

One hour equals one Hour. Always.

No seniority multipliers. No rate cards. No debates about what a profession is worth. Your company gave an hour of its available capacity; it can take an hour of someone else's. Whether that trade makes sense is your call to make — and with the network open in front of you, it usually does.

1 hour worked = 1 Hour earned.

This is not a marketplace. It's a network.

Nobody is "listed for hire" on Hours. Companies exchange services, delivered by specialists they each approve. Names and profiles are revealed only after both sides accept a match.

A fair exchange, by design.

You approve the person, not just the skill.
A short intro call before the order starts — you can request one from any proposal, and the pilot concierge arranges it.
Start small.
Founding exchanges start with a short first engagement, sized with the network concierge.
Stop anytime.
Work runs in small blocks; the receiving company can end a collaboration at any point.
Approved hours only.
Hours settle when the receiver approves them — with a 72-hour review window. Nothing is minted on a timesheet alone.
Reputation that matters.
During the pilot every exchange is reviewed with the network team — reputation scores arrive with the public release.

Built for companies that already think in hours.

Software houses · Marketing agencies · Design studios · Consultancies · Sales agencies · Accounting firms

If your team's utilization moves in waves and you can deliver services to other companies, the network works for you.

THE FOUNDING CLUB

Hours launches as a closed group of verified companies in Poland.

Every founding member brings at least 20 hours of supply and one real need — so the network is liquid from day one. Membership is free during the pilot.

Questions, answered plainly.

Is this employee sharing or body leasing?

No. Companies exchange services with each other, delivered under a simple service order. The platform never directs anyone's work, sets schedules, or acts as an employer. Your team stays your team.

Do we have to pay anything?

Founding members join free. No commissions, no percentage of "transaction value" — ever. Hours are not money and we don't price them. A flat membership fee comes later.

Is this tax-free because no money moves?

No — and we won't pretend it is. Exchanged services may still need to be documented and accounted for under your local rules. Hours keeps a full ledger of every settled exchange that you can use for your bookkeeping. Cash-free is not accounting-free.

What if we earn Hours and find nothing to spend them on?

The network shows current demand before you publish supply, so you earn against real gaps. During the pilot, a human concierge helps every member spend what they've earned and brings in companies where a skill is in short supply.

Do we have to reveal that our team has idle time?

No. Offers are published without your company name — "available capacity" from a verified company of your category. Your identity is revealed only when you accept an interested member.

What about our clients and competitors?

Your company name stays hidden until you accept a member, and every exchange runs under a simple service order. During the pilot the network team helps you steer clear of clients and competitors; industry exclusions and company blocklists arrive with the public release.
